These Terms of Service apply to anyone who uses the Wade’s Restoration website at waterdamagelowermanhattan.com or requests services through it. By browsing the site, submitting a service request, or scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to the terms laid out on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services. Wade’s Restoration may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated version.
Workmanship warranty
Wade’s Restoration stands behind the quality of its work. Specific warranty coverage for labor and workmanship will be communicated to the customer at the time service is performed. Any parts or materials installed during a job may carry their own manufacturer warranties, and those warranties are governed entirely by the terms the manufacturer sets - Wade’s Restoration does not extend or modify manufacturer coverage. Customers should retain any documentation provided with parts in order to make use of manufacturer warranty programs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided by Wade’s Restoration will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in NY. By using this site or requesting services, you consent to that jurisdiction.
Scheduling and cancellations
Wade’s Restoration asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the team to adjust the schedule and offer that time to other customers. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of any such fee, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of booking or upon request.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. An unenforceable clause does not affect the validity of the rest of these terms.
Services offered
Wade’s Restoration provides professional home services in Lower Manhattan, NY and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and the scope of any job is determined by a professional assessment of the specific situation. Some service requests coordinated through waterdamagelowermanhattan.com may be carried out by independent professionals or partner contractors who work in connection with Wade’s Restoration. In those cases, the same standard of quality is expected, and Wade’s Restoration acts as the coordinating party on the customer’s behalf.
Intellectual property

Wade’s Restoration will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including lost profits, property damage beyond the direct scope of the work, or other losses - arising from the use of this site or from services rendered. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
